What is THE UNION?

THE UNION is an invitation-only fashion trade platform. Independent brands, stores, and press come together at editions held twice a year, in Berlin and Tokyo. We value quality meetings that lead to real business over sheer scale.

When and where does the next edition take place?

How do I apply to participate?

Applications are open in three categories on the APPLY page. Brands that want to show apply via APPLY as BRAND; stores focused on buying and business meetings via APPLY as STORE; media and editorial via APPLY as PRESS & PATRON. Every application is reviewed, and approved applicants receive further details.

Do I need an invitation to attend?

Yes — THE UNION is invitation-only. Apply as a STORE or as PRESS & PATRON; once approved, we email you an invitation with a QR code. Present the QR code at the venue reception on the day. Once registered, the same account admits you to future editions.

What is the difference between the Berlin and Tokyo venues?

BERLIN takes place at Kühlhaus Berlin (Luckenwalder Str. 3) and serves as the hub for Europe and the US. TOKYO takes place at QUARTZ GALLERY 11F in Shibuya, the hub for Asia. Both run on the same platform, and brands can access both markets by joining the two editions.
